Nominations

Please note that all nominations for Official competitions (Dressage, Combined Training, One Day Events and some Show Jump days) must go through the club’s nomination secretary. See Contact Details.

Entry forms are posted on the club notice board as soon as they come to hand. If you wish to compete you must fill in the entry form and advise the nomination secretary of your intent to compete.

Entries will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Entry form must be completed in full, including PCAQ number.

Entry fee must accompany entry form.

Entries must be received (with payment) at least 2 days prior to the closing date. (All attempts at late entries are the responsibility of the individual not the nomination secretary).

All entries sent by the secretary will be accompanied by a self-addressed envelope in order to receive one copy of the draw. If you require an individual copy of the draw please supply a stamped self-addressed envelope.
